Donations and Furniture Pick-Up Service

Lifeline Newcastle & Hunter | Furniture Donations

Lifeline Shops are very grateful of quality furniture donations. We offer a free pick-up service if you are in the Newcastle or Lake Macquarie Region. To arrange a furniture pick-up at a time that suits you, please contact us on 02 4940 2040.

We ask that when organising a furniture pick up with us, you specify the condition of the goods that you would like collected. If, for any reason, our truck drivers deem the goods unsaleable, please do not be offended. As much as we would like to, we cannot accept white goods or baby furniture.

Please note, our pick-up service is for furniture ONLY. Please do not ask our drivers to collect anything other than the agreed furniture item or items. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.

All goods sold through our Lifeline Shops help to financially support our counselling services, telephone counsellor training and suicide prevention programs. Our retail outlets provide quality pre-loved clothing, shoes, furniture, bric-a-brac, some electrical goods, books, records, craft and accessories. So feel good about donating and making a difference in the community.

Lifeline Recycle Units

Lifeline Newcastle & Hunter offer a Corporate Bins Program, where a Lifeline branded 240 Ltr wheelie bin is placed at your workplace for a short period of 1-2 weeks. This allows staff to make donation at their convenience. At the end of the specified period the bins are removed and donations are upcycled through our local Lifeline shops.

Phone the Lifeline Warehouse on 4940 2040 for bookings.
