The Face to Face Counselling Service is an extension of Lifeline's 24 hour telephone counselling service, offering one to one professional help to people with a range of personal and relationship issues.
All counsellors are accredited professionals who donate one day a week to assist people experiencing difficulties.
Lifeline counsellors receive regular in-service training and ongoing professional supervision to ensure that we continue to offer you the highest quality of service.
While Lifeline's personal counselling service now responds to a broad range of personal and community needs, suicide prevention remains a priority commitment. Through our innovative Life Matters personal counselling program, we help you move beyond survival, to make choices and take steps that will enhance your will to live and the improve the quality of your life.

Lifeline Newcastle & Hunter offers personal counselling at Belmont, Tighes Hill, Singleton, Cessnock and Toronto.
Cost:
Clients are asked to pay a one-off administration fee of $30, payable after the first session.
The fee covers the cost of at least six counselling sessions.
