Lifeline Newcastle & Hunter is offering staff a two day Accidental Counsellor Training course which will provide them with basic skills to assist in their dealing with people in crisis or challenging situations—either on the phone or in person.
This training provides an opportunity to share experiences, learn practical coping strategies and revisit communication skills training.
